Standard Rates Based on Square Footage
Standard rates include the testing of 1 furnace, 1 air conditioning unit, and 1 hot water heater. Testing of secondary units will be subjected to an additional $5.00 charge per unit.
Properties larger than 3500 sqft. will be assessed and charged an additional .05/sqft.

- 2000 - 2499 sqft. - $325.00
- 2500 - 2999 sqft. - $350.00
- 3000 - 3499 sqft. - $375.00
