Why should you call us?
At Full Scope Inspection, we understand that purchasing a home is one of the largest investments you will make. So why take the chance with other inspectors that have no experience in the construction industry? There is no substitute for an inspector with hands on experience and knowledge in the field.
What is the post-inspection review?
"The post-inspection review is an essential part of my review process. It allows me to review all statements to assure you of their accuracy and to give a more detailed explanation of my findings." -- Larry Oleson, Full Scope Inspection
Your report will state the facts and our opinion. If needed, we will provide guidance on what you should do next. Your report will also include photographs to illustrate important information and/or deficiencies.
"As your home inspector, my goal is to be your resource. I encourage you to ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable with your decision." -- Larry Oleson, Full Scope Inspection
Following a post-inspection review of the findings, we will email you, and other requested parties, a copy of your inspection report.
"Most inspectors process and complete their reports onsite. I do not. The additional time and attention to detail that I provide ensures the most accurate report for you, the client. Even with the additional review, reports will be provided within 24 hours of the inspection, if not the day of." -- Larry Oleson, Full Scope Inspection
